I bought it mainly because my cat sheds a lot of hair all over the house. I didn't expect him to like it so much. He spends quite a bit of time rubbing against the arch and I've noticed less loose hair in his usual spots. Plus, he seems to really enjoy it.
What I like most is that my cat can use it whenever he feels like it. I don't have to force him to stay still or try to brush him while he tries to run away. He goes under the arch, rubs against it, and then comes back whenever he wants. Very practical.
I had my doubts because my cat is quite suspicious of anything new. For the first few days he barely paid any attention to it, but we left it in place and he started approaching it little by little. Now he goes on his own and rubs against the brush. I'm very glad I gave it a chance.
